Our duplex was specially designed to provide our guests a spacious and yet cosy living experience so you feel "home away from home". We hand-picked each furniture and most were especially built from scratch as we wanted to achieve a modern feel but also with the highest standard of quality.

Uniquely located close enough to explore the island’s tourist attractions, nightlife, restaurants and bars yet far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the resort’s private location, this is the ideal vacation spot for families with children or for the couple looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and hassle of the city.

Just 70 meters by foot, walking through a garden alley with no road to cross gives you access to 4 kilometers of pristine, peaceful beachfront of Bang Por Beach. The tropical landscape along this stretch of the coast is particularly stunning with its unspoilt beach; palm fringed sandy beaches and clear water. Shallow coral reefs nearby also provide an excellent snorkeling experience. Sun loungers and kayaks are provided on the beach.

The duplex has its own private entrance and parking space, and accommodates comfortably up to 6 persons in three bedrooms each fitted with 42” Cable TV and DVD Player. A covered outdoor living area with furniture, its own private pool, fully equipped open plan kitchen with alfresco dining, a large Cable TV, DVD Player and surround sound system. On the upper open terrace, you can enjoy a sunbath or catch up on your reading with stunning views of the tall palm trees and the sea.

LOCATION

There are several western and authentic Thai restaurants along the beach within 500 meters on the left or right, and a few restaurants on the road leading to the Coconut Laguna Residence, including a famous seafood restaurant at just 300 meters. You can also order food delivery from the restaurant just outside the Coconut Laguna Residence, which is really good and cheap.

There is a small convenient store which is opened 24/24 at 100 meters by foot, a supermarket at 4.5 kilometers, and a few shopping malls and hyper markets are at 15 minutes by car. A gym at 50 meters and a Muay Thai Boxing School at 150 meters. The famous Fisherman's Village (restaurants, bars & shopping) is at 10 minutes and Chaweng (for the night life) is at 20 minutes.

In the night, during certain seasons, an armada of fishing boats light up the horizons over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table.

There are several sightseeing attractions and amusement places in Koh Samui e.g. snorkeling in the unique Angthong National Park, scuba diving, riding quad in the jungle, paintball, go-kart, zoo, crocodile farm, Grandfather/ Grandmother Rocks, Big Buddha, etc and not forgetting the beautiful Santi Buri Championship Golf Course at 2.5 kilometers.

GETTING AROUND

If you would like to visit & tour the island, you can simply waive down a 'tuk tuk' (local term for taxi) on the street just outside the resort or we may book you a taxi in advance. We also suggest renting a car or scooter which only costs very nominal and it's a fun way or exploring the island by yourselves. Tour services are also available at your request if you prefer to just sit back, enjoy the view and be taken care of.
