This lovely house is ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups beacuse it can host up to 15 people! This 190 sq.m. property has room enough for all of your co travelers to feel comfortable and relaxed all days long!
This house (190 sqm) is a two-storey building with a private roof garden, backyard and balconies to host up to 15 persons. It has been totally renovated in 2016 by the owner/civil engineer with a minimal style and consists of 2 independent 2 bedroom apartments (approx. 80 sqm each) and 1 single room apartment (20 sqm studio). The space and the decoration guarantee a delightful stay.
This two-storey building consists of 3 apartments, two in the ground floor (80 sqm and 20 sqm) and one in the first floor (90 sqm).
Indoor:
•One ground floor apartment (80 sqm) with 2 bedrooms (2 queen size beds and a sofa bed), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, and 1 living room/dining area. The sofas turns into beds to serve an extra person each.
•One open space ground floor apartment (20 sqm studio) with fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower.
•One 1st floor apartment (90 sqm) with 2 bedrooms (queen size beds), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room/dining area. The 3 sofas turn into beds to serve 3 extra persons.
Outdoor: The house has a private roof garden, backyard and balconies with outdoor furniture for dining and relaxing.

The property is close to the center of Athens, just two metro stations away from Acropolis. The area of Neos Kosmos is very safe and it's known for the local market. Within 5 minutes you can be at Syntagma square and to Acropolis.

“Neos Kosmos” neighbourhood is in the heart of the city centre. It is one of the safest areas in Athens offering everything for adults and children to have a pleasant stay.
Our house in Neos Kosmos is located 1 minute walking from:
•the main square (metro and tram station)
•Convenience and food stores (super markets, 24 hrs take away, coffee-shops, restaurants, bakeries, dry cleaning, drug stores, banks, etc.)
•Children’s playground
Many places of interest are within 15 minutes walking distance, like the Museum of Modern Art, Onassis Foundation Cultural Centre, Eugenides Foundation (Planetarium), Flisvos Marina, Acropolis Museum.
