“Nice, but a bit dark”

Very clean apartment, which during these uncertain times was very comforting. Good quality appliances and furnishings. Very warm and cosy although the sitting/dining area is quite dark, with a view of a very small courtyard garden and other apartments. One or two niggles with lights not working, and a loose tap, but a call to the company were soon sorted. Amazing shower. Secure parking a welcome bonus, and only a few minutes walk to the beach and the town centre. Seagulls sqwarking and screeching at 5.00 a.m. annoying, as was road traffic noise, as bedroom backs onto the road. Also noise from an adjoining apartment from a chap who obviously doesn't know how to close doors quietly! All in all we enjoyed our stay in Stones Throw.

How do damage deposits work?
