Description

Large farmhouse with private pool in the countryside, overlooking the Niccone Valley which enjoys a spectacular panorama. The farmhouse Le Sette Vene is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, 10 minutes' drive from Lake Trasimeno, the nearest towns are Lisciano Niccone and Mercatale di Cortona both 2 km away, where there are shops and various services. From here you can also easily reach the town of Cortona, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Florence, etc. The interior rooms of the house are all very spacious and comfortable, while outside there are huge spaces, where you can eat, swim in the large pool, take walks in the olive grove owned or doing other outdoor activities amidst the tranquility of place. The structure is particularly suitable for groups or large families as it can be put into any premises in communication.

Upon chech in we are always present, we will deliver the keys and show you the structure, that's why we ask you, if you can, to communicate the time of arrival. While checking in we will ask the documents that will be used to record your presence and that there must be delivered at the time. We will be present daily, usually in the early hours of the morning to carry out normal maintenance and cleaning of outdoor spaces.
