Description
Au cœur du Lubéron, profitez de plus de 7000m² de terrain en pleine nature.
Cette maison est notamment équipée d'une grande piscine (6m x12m) et d'un boulodrome en plus de l'espace dégagé ainsi que de l'espace boisé. Petits et grands auront de quoi s'occuper et de se relaxer.
La piscine dispose d'un volet électrique avec des crochets de fixation (dispositif aux normes de sécurité en vigueur). Les enfants restent sous la responsabilité de leurs parents.
Attention la maison est composée de deux parties : la maison principale avec deux salles de bains (dont une avec un WC), et WC séparé. Et la maison secondaire à trois mètres de la première qui comporte 2 chambres, chacune dispose d'un lit double.
Un contrat de location sera envoyé par email pour lever toute ambiguïté.
Notez que cette maison est isolée, qu'il n'y a pas de voisin, et qu'il est impératif de disposer d'une voiture pour y accéder et faire ses courses.
Attention la piscine est fermée du 15 septembre au 1er juin.
