Thiva Pool Villa is a luxury private pool villa with a garden. This beautiful villa is situated in Avenue Hua Hin 88 project, just 3.9 kms to Hua Hin beach, 2.5 kms to Hua Hin Market, convenient to find a good meal from nearby restaurants within 300 meters.

This modern villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully fitted European kitchen, a spacious living space and on-site parking lot for 2 cars.

All rooms are equipped with air-condition system. Master bedroom offers 1 king-sized double bed, bathtub, shower, dressing desk and wardrobe. The 2nd and 3rd rooms have 2 separated twin beds, 32" flat-screen Samsung TVs, wardrobe, hot-cold shower bathroom. The 4th is a child room for 2-3 persons. 2 sets of sofas in the living area can also be beds for 4 persons. This makes comfortable staying for up to 10-12 persons.

Other amenities include 2 refrigerators, dish washer, kitchenware, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, a 55" flat-screen TV, CCTV, ฺBBQ charcoal stove, etc. Free WiFi is available. Within the project, you may enjoy free scheduled shuttle bus to downtown/market, a large communal area with pool and a 24-hour security.

*6,000 Bht to be deposited in case.

*Prohibit for any guest to make a nose outside the villa beyond 22.00 hrs.

24-hour security, guards covering 2 Shifts A complimentary Shuttle bus service from the guard box at the entrance of the project to and from town, which shall be available at approximately 10.00,13.00,16.00 and ,19.00, the return service will be at approximately 15 minutes after these times but must be booked on outward trip Please note that due to the number of people wishing to use this service and the capacity of the bus, booking must be made at least one hour before your journey, also confirming how many people are in your party and a contract phone number. All booking are to be made on the day of travel, you can however book the 10am bus the afternoon before. Please make booking in normal working hours of the 9am till 3pm.
