This detached single-storey cottage is set in the grounds of the owner's home near Coltishall and sleeps two people.The Lodge is a detached single-storey cottage set in the grounds of the owner's home near Coltishall. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom. There is also a shower room, a kitchen with a sitting area and a conservatory with a sitting area and a dining area. Outside there is a shared lawned garden, a private patio and shared use of a hot tub. Whether its a romantic getaway or someone just needing some time out to relax, The Lodge is ideal whatever the time of the year and you will want to return again and again.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with private patio and furniture. Hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The property is set near a road, associated noise will be heard. Note: Adults only, no infants or children.
Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
Town: The pretty Norfolk Broadland village of Coltishall is known locally as the Gateway to the Broads, where, on Coltishall Common, you can find an array of moored boats sitting along the banks of the River Bure. The banks of the River Bure are the picturesque setting of Coltishall Staithe, a large grassed area enjoying riverside pubs and restaurants, a village store/Post Office and attractive cottages. In summer, both locals and visitors enjoy relaxing picnics, feeding the ducks and playing ball games, while in winter, the local waterfowl enjoy Coltishall Staithes riverside tranquillity.
