"Il Moro" é una moderna e luminosa casa vacanze situata sulla collina che domina la rinomata Riviera dei Ciclopi, a pochi minuti dal mare di Aci Trezza, l'antico borgo marinaro in cui lo scrittore siciliano Giovanni Verga ambientò il suo capolavoro "I Malavoglia". Composta da un elegante living, camera da letto, cucina, bagno e lavanderia, la casa si affaccia su un terrazzo rigoglioso di piante e con barbecue, in cui gustare i pasti e trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax. Dotato di tutti i comforts, "Il Moro" può ospitare coppie, famiglie o gruppi di amici fino a 4 persone come pure chi, in viaggio per lavoro, desidera trovare un po' di quiete lontano dal caos cittadino. Dalla casa si raggiungono facilmente Catania, Acireale, Aci Castello, Taormina, Caltagirone, Siracusa e Noto, come pure i borghi medievali ai piedi dell'Etna e i pittoreschi villaggi di pescatori della vicina Riviera dei Limoni. Il mare trasparente della Riserva Naturale delle Isole Ciclopi invita a fare diving, snorkeling o rigeneranti nuotate e bagni di sole sui Faraglioni e l'isola Lachea, facilmente raggiungibili in canoa, barca a remi o pedalò. In paese, uno storico stabilimento balneare consente, con ingresso giornaliero, di trascorrere giornate a bordo di una splendida piscina d'acqua salata, per la gioia delle famiglie con bambini e non solo. Nei caratteristici bar e trattorie sparsi in ogni villaggio del litorale si possono gustare prelibate granite e piatti tipici a base di pescato fresco. Not far from home, bus stops for Catania and Acireale. For other destinations, we recommend renting a car, a motorbike or a scooter at the airport or in the city of Acireale. Acireale train station is located nearby.

“Beautiful apartment”

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. The owner was friendly and helpful. However the information suggests that use of the pool is included, this is not the case. We were given passes for 2 visits, after that we had to pay, and the pool is a 40 minute walk away. But the apartment complex itself is really lovely, very secure. You will need to hire a car though as amenities are not nearby.
