Dispomos de 5 casas de aluguel por temporada para hospedagem e/ou reuniões sociais de confraternização, vinculadas ao PuntaCaldas - Espaço de Eventos e Área de Lazer. Cada casa acomoda até 10 pessoas/casa. Hóspedes acima de 7 serão computados como hóspede adicional/casa/noite
TERMOS DE LOCAÇÃO:
(I) - LOCAÇÃO/CASA/NOITE E GRUPOS DE PESSOAS DIFERENTES ENTRE SI >
USO PARQUE AQUÁTICO COMPARTILHADO:
• - acesso compartilhado ao Parque Aquático mediante uso de pulseiras;
• - piscinas com água quente;
• - 2 ofurôs com hidromassagem;
• - 2 cascatinhas (jato de água pressurizado);
• - sauna úmida (1//h/dia);
• - conjunto de mesas com 4 cadeiras, compatível com o número de pessoas;
• - mesas oficiais de jogos: snooker (sinuca), ping pong e pebolim (totó);
• - até 16 espreguiçadeiras de borda de piscina;
• - parque infantil;
• - área coberta sob as 2 tendas piramidais, 200m²;
• - estacionamento grátis;
• - wi-fi grátis;
• - caixa de som; e,
• - acesso à lanchonete para comprar e consumir bebidas e alimentos;
A OBSERVAR:
(i) No valor da diária não estão inclusos:
(1) - Roupa de cama e banho;
(2) – Refeições;
(3) - Café da manhã
(ii) Todos os colchões são vestidos com capa protetora, cor branca, similar a um lençol. Havendo interesse roupas de cama e banho poderão ser contratadas separadamente ao preço de R$35/kit/pessoa/estadia. (kit = lençol; fronha; travesseiro; colcha; toalha de banho e pano de piso);
(iii)) NÃO SE ADMITEM ANIMAIS DE ESTIMAÇÃO, tanto nas casas quanto na área do Parque Aquático;
(iv) No ato do "Check In" será exigida CAUÇÃO, via cheque nominal válido, ou em dinheiro, no valor de R$500,00/casa;
(v) Cada uma das casas e áreas do Parque serão vistoriados tanto na entrada (check in) quanto na saída (check out);
(vi) Quando do "Check Out", saída, constatada a não ocorrência de qualquer dano ao imóvel e seus respectivos componentes, inclusive mobiliário, eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha, o valor da caução, em cheque ou dinheiro, será integralmente devolvido ao contratante;
(vii) O horário de USO COMPARTILHADO do parque aquático é das 8:00h da manhã até a 18:00h, quando serão desativadas todas as máquinas e equipamentos e cerradas as portas;
(viii) Nossa capacidade máxima de acomodação é de 48 pessoas nas 4 casas + sala vip localizada dentro da área do Parque, considerando 10 em cada casa e 8 na sala vip.
(II) – LOCAÇÃO/CASA/NOITE E UM ÚNICO GRUPO DE PESSOAS >
USO PARQUE AQUÁTICO COM EXCLUSIVIDADE:
(A) 3 CASAS > MÍNIMO 21 PESSOAS, DIÁRIA MÍNIMA 2 NOITES;
(B) 4 CASAS > MÍNIMO 28 PESSOAS, DIÁRIA MÍNIMA 2 NOITES; ou,
(C) 5 CASAS + SL VIP > MÁXIMO 58 PESSOAS, DIÁRIA MÍNIMA 2 NOITES
Nos 3 casos, (A); (B) e (C):
• - exclusividade de uso;
• - piscinas com água quente;
• - 2 ofurôs com hidromassagem;
• - 2 cascatinhas (jato de água pressurizado);
• - sauna úmida (1//h/dia);
• - infraestrutura completa de cozinha na Lanchonete dentro da área de lazer, com geladeira, cervejeira, freezer horizontal, freezer vertical, geladeira expositora, bancada Inox com 2 Cubas; outra bancada Inox, de apoio, fogão industrial, bancada em granito, fogão doméstico 4 bocas, 1 churrasqueira a carvão e todos os apetrechos de cozinha, tipo panelas, talheres, copos e outros mais, onde poderão cozinhar e prover seu próprio alimento e bebidas, com mão de obra própria, particular, contratada separadamente, com quem desejar, e/ou até mesmo com o nosso pessoal do Setor de Culinária;
• - Conjunto de mesas com 4 cadeiras, compatível com o número de pessoas do grupo;
• - Conjunto de 8 mesas de tampo em alumínio com 4 cadeiras plásticas, total de 32 assentos;
• - mesas oficiais de jogos: snooker (sinuca), ping pong e pebolim (totó);
• - até 16 espreguiçadeiras de borda de piscina;
• - parque infantil;
• - área coberta sob as 2 tendas piramidais, 200m²;
• - estacionamento grátis;
