BUONA POSIZIONE PER IL RAGGIUNGIMENTO DELLE 5 TERRE E ALTRE LOCALITA' DI INTERESSE TURISTICO.
Struttura di nuova costruzione: completata nel 2015.
Pannelli solari e riscaldamento al pavimento.
Videocitofono.
Impianto di raffrescamento e deumidificazione.
L'appartamento è stato arredato e corredato con materiali di pregio.
Abbiamo pensato ad ogni possibile esigenza dei nostri ospiti durante il loro soggiorno.
Zona comoda per il raggiungimento della Stazione ferroviaria "Migliarina", con cui raggiungere le Cinque Terre e altre zone di interesse turistico; vicinanza all'imbocco dell'autostrada; breve distanza dal punto di partenza dei Traghetti per Cinque Terre, Portofino e Isola Palmaria. Comodo per mezzi pubblici.
La Struttura è vicinissima al Centro Commerciale "Le Terrazze" in cui si possono trovare numerosi servizi.
Si può raggiungere facilmente il Terminal Marittimo (navi da Crociera).
Poca distanza dal Centro di La Spezia: 5 min in auto e 15 a piedi.
Posizione comoda anche rispetto al Polo Riabilitativo del Levante (Don Gnocchi).
La zona è molto tranquilla, pur essendo a poca distanza dal centro della Città: questo vi permetterà di raggiungere facilmente le vostre mete ma anche di poter riposare serenamente una volta arrivati nella stanza.
La Spezia è una piccola Città quindi è semplice arrivare da una zona ad un'altra in tempi brevi: le distanze nella nostra Città non sono impossibili o complesse (nè con i mezzi pubblici ma nemmeno a piedi, se vi piace fare anche una passeggiata tranquilla).
A La Spezia si paga la TASSA DI SOGGIORNO:
2,50 euro a persona a notte (escluso i bambini sotto i 12 anni)
E' possibile usufruire della culla soltanto se richiesto al momento della prenotazione e in base alla disponibilità.
