An elegant loft within walking distance from downtown and the port of La Maddalena ready to accommodate even the most demanding guests. A new home and modernly furnished, spacious, consists of large lounge with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, veranda, outdoor courtyard, roof terrace and parking in private parking. The house is equipped with all comforts including air conditioning, TV, security door, washer, dryer, barbecue, sunbeds. Sleeps 5. The Loft features a rooftop garden, perfect for dinners or barbecues with friends that makes it unique and spectacular. The living room is spacious and decorated with beautiful local rock, overlooking the veranda with a glass wall, which surrounds the dining table. The room is cool and has a private bathroom, large and Boch sanitary Vileroy-quality coatings and large shower head. The sleeping area is built inside of the old Villa Bianca, historical and listed building, from which it took its name throughout the area. In addition there is a covered veranda with table and chairs. The property includes a private courtyard of about 10 square meters and the place exclusive gated car. It is ideal for young couples, older couples, or families with children. Also accessible for people with disabilities. The price of the rental includes all water, electricity, gas, private parking. Not included are the final cleaning of 50 € and linen that comes in occurrence to 10 € per person and includes bedlinen and towels 3 per person.

How do damage deposits work?
