Description

The fully air-conditioned property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms; each bedroom has two single beds which can be zipped together to make a super king-size bed, if you prefer. There is central heating throughout for those refreshingly cooler winter nights. The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the upstairs terrace and its superb vistas across the golf-course, palm trees and lake. On the terrace you'll find a table, sun umbrella, four chairs, barbecue and four sun-loungers.

The dining area, with oak table and chairs, has doors leading out to a patio, with its fantastic views of the golf course. You can dine alfresco or simply relax with a good book in the shade on the day-bed.

We also have two folding, lightweight loungers for use around the pools or at the beach.

The townhouse has an Energy Performance rating of E. The property is strictly No Smoking.

“This townhouse is a Golfer's paradise”

This is a lovely townhouse with excellent facilities and little touches which make it stand out. We are golfers and the patio area and terrace are lovely as they look on to the 15th green at La Torre golf course. It is ideally located for the quality golf courses nearby and it is a very comfortable property to come back to after a day walking the fairways. The service from the owner was excellent and he ensured plenty of accessible information about the area.

Our second time here. Lovely town house situated at La Torre Golf Resort. Lots of pools on site for the kids, but a generally quiet resort so you can get to sleep at night. House clean and very comfortable with all mod-cons (air-con, dishwasher, washing machine etc). It's well looked after and well thought out-the owner thinks about the guests ( eg lots of DVD's abvailable, wi-fi and a sat-nav for your rental car). I've already booked for next year!
