This place is exactly as described. Close to the beach and a short stroll to the Meare. The accommodation is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing break away. We would definitely go back.

Had a lovely stay at Ogilvie Lodge, it was a lovely cottage and very well equipped, just a few yards from the beach. The local pub was great and the food very good

“Comfortable Stay”
We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay at 2 Oglivie Lodge with all quality facilities needed to self cater in comfort. The warm cosy lounge was very welcome for the colder evenings that week.

“Fantastic stay with fabulous friends!”
Great location for our ‘50th festive fun with friends’. Lovely local walks, the beach on our doorstep, boating and tennis too! Great accommodation, clean, bright, well appointed and spacious! We loved our stay. P.S. So, so nice to get an early call informing us that the accommodation had been cleaned and was ready for us, such a thoughtful touch and the icing on the cake for us.
