Description
The house has been completely renovated and thermo. From every room you enter the large and panoramic terrace level. The living area consists of a large room conversation with library and TV; the elegant dining area is equipped with a modern kitchen. The rooms are characterized by a warm and welcoming decor, with fine furniture and illuminated by crystal chandeliers of Murano. The bathrooms are covered in Sardinian marble, they are equipped with modern amenities and spacious showers with color therapy. The penthouse is in the heart of the city, with a panoramic terrace you can admire the ancient castle district, the green of Monte Urpinu park, the Basilica of Bonaria and the port of Cagliari. Move has never been easier: the Metro station, bus stops and taxi service are located within walking distance from the apartment. The shopping streets are less than a minute, as well as all kinds of services: bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, post offices. The district is at the center of the city, the proximity to the Tribunal and to the Police provide security at any hour of the day. Schools, churches and squares make it a more bustling, but did not disturb the peace during the local notte.I of night life are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The nearby Monte Urpinu park is one of the green lungs of Cagliari, equipped with facilities for outdoor physical activity. The viewpoint of Viale Europa, one of the highest points of the city, allows the breathtaking view over the Bay of Angels and the ancient district of Castello. Nearby you can find the metro station, bus stops that will take you to every corner of the city, from the old part of the famous beach Poetto. The area has numerous parking areas and a convenient multi-storey.

“Lovely apartment close to city centre”
The apartment is walking distance from sights and restaurants in central Cagliari. It is spacious and equipped to a high standard. The owner was very helpful in providing local information.
