In the best residential and most valued area within the city of Fortaleza, in the heart of Aldeota neighborhood, located an excellent Penthouse 400 m2 área, entire floor all horizontal, fully furnished. A wonderful coverage area for those who dream of a lot of space and you want to feel light over the city of Fortaleza. In addition to large external private area with beautiful full view of the city, decks and balconies, swimming pool and a barbecue in exclusive and private area for your family. The property is spotless, well maintained, with quality in bed parts, bath and table.

All in granite, hall, social hall, social dining room, bar, cozy TV room with Full HD TV, flat screen slim 51 inch new office with internet and cable Free wifi throughout the apartment.

Are four (4) large suites, all with central air conditioning new split: large bedrooms with closets and full bathrooms, one suite with double bed (2 people), and 3 more suites, which are distributed with room 6 beds single (6 people), comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults.

The suites have protection in windows and on balconies to height of 1.2 m.

There is also a breakfast room, complete kitchen and pantry (fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, etc.) and laundry (with washing machine, area for drying clothes).

They are, in total, 5 bathrooms, one in each of the 4 suites and an additional area on the outside deck with big shower.

Prime location in Aldeota, within the city of Fortaleza, prestigious building in the best residential district of the city, near all the best in the city, the beaches Av.Beira Mar and Praia do Futuro, Iracema Beach and Ideal Beach, near the squares Portugal, the Circulo Militar and Verdes Mares and near the city's best shopping centers, the Aldeota, the expansion Aldeota, Del Passeo, Center One, Don Luis, Rio Mar, Iguatemi etc. and the city's best restaurants, plus all bank services, schools, gyms etc.
