Luxury Villa has 3 bedrooms ,Master with king size bed, en suite, family bathroom and down stairs shower room.
The Lounge has two leather sofas, Dining room table with seating for six. The Kitchen includes all the modern appliances and kitchen ware. The fantastic swimming pool can be accessed from both the kitchen and the patio doors in the lounge. For those long summer evenings and alfresco dining there is seating for six with outdoor fan above for those sticky humid nights. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing with six loungers. For the family the essential DVD player and Cable TV.
The 4* Hotel with amazing Pool and spa is less than 5min walk but charges per sun lounger. Mar Menor 2 has a selection of Restaurants and bars. There is an on site medical centre, Gym, paddle courts and supermarket.
Security guards are on the gated complex 24 hrs a day.

“Great villa!”
Lovely villa with everything you need for a holiday home, and all amenities are within easy walking distance. The property was clean and tidy with no problems at all, with Jenny and Les on hand if we needed them who are very friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely book again!

“Villa in Mar Menor golf resort”
This was a brilliant house for us as a family of 4. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool! It felt very safe being on the resort and having access to bars and restaurants on site was ideal. Los Alcazares beaches are stunning and close by. Murcia city half an hour away and a relaxed, chilled city to visit. All in, perfect for a relaxing holiday with our children aged 12 and 9.

“Excellent location & lovely home away from home.”
Samantha the owner was prompt in responses to queries and booking was painless. She kept us well informed at all stages and emailed details about the villa and surrounding areas well before our visit. Our damage deposit was returned within 10 days of our return. My husband & I have visited the Mar Menor resort before so were familiar with both the layout of the Baron villas and the resort in general. This particular villa is in an excellent location. It is a few minutes walk from the resort's supermarket & bars/restaurants but far enough away that there is no disturbance from live music playing at night at the nearby bars. The property managers Jenny & Les were on hand for any queries or issues whilst on site, both very personable and helpful, with great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit with teens. The villa itself has a fabulous sized pool which was put to great use daily and without a doubt its best feature. Our two teens & their two friends spent most of their time either in the pool cooling off or in their rooms making full use of the wifi on their various devices! (Pool towels and various inflatables are provided so less to pack!) The kitchen is well equipped though we hardly used it other than for breakfasts and a couple of evening pasta meals. The villa is a good size for a party of 6 and located in an excellent area of Murcia. It's easy to get to the main buzzy towns of Los Alcazares, Lo Pagan, San Javier, San Pedro de Pinatar etc, It's also a short drive to the beaches of Pilar de la Horadada & the historical city of Cartagena. The only reason I haven't given it a full 5 stars is the slightest issue re cleanliness. Certainly nothing major but the oven & bbq weren't to my standard which is why we chose not to use them at all during our stay & two of the bathrooms had not been swept/hoovered properly before our arrival. A couple of the kitchen pans & outside broom have loose handles & need replacing. We bought a sharp carving knife too for cutting up veg for salads as the ones provided were quite blunt. None of these small niggles were bad enough to spoil our stay and are easily addressed for future bookings so would still very happily recommend this villa if you are considering a visit to the area. We were sad to leave and would consider booking it again in the future!

“Excellent”
Very nice villa within a great resort which has everything you need for a holiday in the sun. There is a private pool as well as a larger communal pool. As we don't play golf can't comment on that but the facilities look great.

“Fabulous family holiday in a fab villa”
Stayed in villa Ceiba last week 13/7/13 with my husband and 4 children, villa was fabulous, Pool brand new this year, fantastic, kids in and out of it 10 hours a day. A lovely place, will def go back. One thing I would do next time would be to fly to Murcia Airport, we flew into Alicante and had another 1 hr 10 min taxi ride to villa, at night with kids asking are we there yet is not good, also on return it was a long way in a hot taxi back to airport. Spar shop within 2 min walk from villa selling all you would need, not bad prices too. Intercontinental hotel had family night entertainment on on a couple of nights there. Just outside the gate there's a few other bars and restaurants that were very good too. Overall a fab holiday. Mar Menor golf resort highly recommended ( not a football top or half dressed woman in sight)
