Description
The properties are composed of two complex each one with four apartments attached (two ground floor and two on the first).
This fully-furnished apartments are located close and near to the sea and sleeps 2-8 people. The apartments boasts a large, covered verandah, ideal for dining under the stars, as well as a private garden area. TV, barbecue, garden, all just 90 and 950 mt. more or less from the sea! The apartment also boasts other facilities such as washing machine, iron, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and private parking, open shower in the garden, barbecue.
INTERNET WIFI ONLY IN THE HOUSE WITH 4 BIG APARTMENTS.
THE COST IS EURO 3 PER DAY PER APARTMENT (1 NIGHT STAY = 2 DAYS CHARGE CONNECTION!).
In the House composed of four small apartments can be stay confortable 4/5 people included children.
In the House composed of four big apartments can be allocated max 8 people, confortable, included children.
You must to choose wich one of accomodation do you prefer and, before confirmation, you'll receive a detailed pictures of the apartment that you'll find on arrival!
It's located in a very quiet area just 90 and 950mt from the sea and 4 km from the centre of Cardedu. We also have other bigger apartments located in a panoramic position (at 900 mt. more or less from the sea! less than one minutes driving and 18/20 minutes walking!) in the same area, ideal for big families or for two small family that can decide to share the apartment to save some money; please contact us if you are a small group or a big family.
Even small families that like to stay more confortable can enjoy this big apartments.

Response from the owner We agree in total the guests said "“THE SPECIAL RATE INCLUDE WATER, GAS, ELECTRICITY, TRIPADVISOR COMMISSION, FINAL CLENIANG OBLIGATORY, LINEN AND TOWELS” We made a very special discount (Euro 600 more or less respect the rack rates!) and plus Euro 50 that's the cost of final cleaning obligatory and Euro 15 per person ( 75 in this case) for the forniture of linen, cover pillow and three towels per person! We NEVER told that the linen and towels was free every request! All our guests, when they stay more than one week, provide directaly to wash everithings and after two hours under the sun they have all cleaned!!! It's totaly false when the guest say that the cost of linen was 8 Euro per person and towels Euro 15 per person! Like clear in our descriptions the cost of Euro 15 per person include; linen and towels.The guest NEVER ask for microwave that we have and give to all guests that ask for it, FREE OF CHARGE! Even for hair dryer NEVER ask to have one! When the guest ask to have for a clotheshorse (because they cannot use the normal one present out of the two windos in both bedrooms!) we prived immediately to bring one. Due high temperature (THAT WAS IN ALL EUROPE!) that we had this summer, WITHOUT ASKING, we provide to give two ventilators (FREE OF CHARGE!). The guest never told us about noise create from other people and we knew that there was a problem for a parking space with other guests only from other people.......We solve the misunderstandig in one minute and give a present of bottle of wine to the guest like excuse. Even for the problem that they found in the bathroom we receive a notice from the guests.....it's really strange to know it from the review..... There were families that pay the same amount for only two weeks and not three like the stay of this family and one of them come back again in this days! From other guests that stay in the other apartments we knew that the family prefered to stay most of the time close inside the apartment and we cannot tell the other people to stay without speaking all time...... Before a confirmation we provided to send all pictures detailed and all information that they ask us. Is not really nice use a review to tell us things that was simple to tell immediately to us that we give max disponibility to make the holidays of our guests nice without problems. About the price, we had families in the same period that for two weeks pay the same of this family.......so maybe they dont know that August is the more expencive month of the season. Really we're disappointed about this review but, we think that we must to keep it like a new experience about kind of guests. Best Regards Giorgio

“Nice Island, nice house, nice beach”
We had a nice holiday on the island Sardine. Deiana's house is not big but it had all we needed. The house has a nice garden and the beach is within a minute walk. It is definitely worth your money.
