DESCRIPTION:
Ideal holiday apartment (80 m2), located 100 meters from the 9 miles long FREJUS sandy beach and right in front of the activity and natural parc of BASE NATURE (115 ha./333 acres), a few steps from the sophisticated PORT-FREJUS, 2 kms from the smart resort of SAINT RAPHAELand from the Roman city of FORUM JULII (FREJUS) with its arenas and other ancient monuments.
Villa closed with automatic gate and videowatching with private car park with 2 spaces for the apartment..
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a wide living-room with big flat screen (50"), bathroom with bathtube and Italian and thermostatic shower, separated toilets, air conditionning in all rooms, a wide and lovely terrace (50m2), with barbecue, long chairs, wide sun awning over your outside dinner table. King size bed, double door fridge, washing machine, induction cooker, dishwasher and everything required for a family or a group of holidaymakers. Special ramp for wheelchairs access, easy parking. Welcome disabled guests.
Illimited internet service and free telephone to landlines all over the world and mobiles in FRANCE, USA and CANADA. More than 100 national and international channels at your flat screen TV.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOLIDAY APARTMENT:
The most important advantage of this appartement and the villa is its location and its nearness to FREJUS fine sand beach, the BASE NATURE park as well as PORT-FREJUS itself which is so attractive in the afternoon or night when you walk along its quays and admire the small boats which are parked there while you have dinner at a terrace, enjoy an italian ice-cream or idle along buying some summer clothes in the boutiques.
Two kms. from our villa is SAINT RAPHAËL with its sophisticated restaurants and terraces as well as some well stocked shops. Walking at night from PORT-FREJUS up to SAINT RAPHAËL old fishing port is a real pleasure as you find all along plenty of entertainments such as the night markets on the seafront boulevard.
Besides, we are on one hand, at 30 kms from CANNES and just a few kms. from the GOLDEN CORNICHE which is a marvellous blue (of the sea and the sky) and red (of the rocks falling down into the sea) piece of coast on the way to that city along the seaside.
Take a picnic with you and stop at one of those creeks down the road to spend hours of farniente and sunbathing and admiring the sea stars and red live tomatoes under the rocks before having lunch and some fresh wine rose of Provence. Then make your way up to the CROISETTE at CANNES and go along the designers shops and the richest hotels of the CÔTE D'AZUR..
Another excursion which you will repeat a few times to discover all its secret places, is the one to SAINT TROPEZ with its excentric beaches of PAMPLONNE, TAHITI, LES SALINS, some on RAMATUELLE territory where you can also visit that typical village surrounded by famous wine properties which cover with their green extension, the way down to the sea. You will aso visit COGOLIN, PORT GRIMAUD and its old village, GASSIN, SAINTE MAXIME and LES ISSAMBRES, all beautiful villages, marinas and resorts located just a step away from FREJUS.
Other excursions will take you naturally to ANTIBES, SAINT PAUL DE VENCE, GRASSE, NICE, EZE, MONACO and MENTON. You can even go through the frontier, to the BELLA ITALIA and visit some of its lovely villages as well as SAN REMO and the famous friday VENTIMIGLIA market.
But for those who don't want to travel so far, you'll find plenty of gorgeous PROVENCE villages a few kms. from FREJUS where you can visit the wine caves and taste the Gods' drink made in the surrounding vineyards of CÖTE DE PROVENCE.

Ils m'ont laissé l'appartement en parfait état et je suis très contente qu'ils s'y soient plus. J'aime que mes visiteurs se sentent bien accueillis, avec un geste comme celui d'aller les chercher à la gare ou un petit cadeau, comme une bonne bouteille ou du chocolat.
