Our place is perfect for families and friends as there is a lot of space for each one to have privacy or enjoy together.

Set in beautiful tropical gardens this luxurious villa has large living space inside and out to both entertain and relax.

Nam Bo villa is an oceanfront property with stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding islands towards Krabi, Phi Phi island, Cape Panwa and Phuket Bay.

The villa has high ceilings and the dining room is set in the main space, the kitchen is fully equipped for any needs, although it will mainly be used by our chef!

Going down some steps the living room has big sofas to enjoy the large TV, either streaming or watching the villa's DVD collection, a wireless speaker can be connected easily to any device to listen to your favorite tunes.

From the living area you can walk to the covered, open-air sofa which looks out to the ocean and venturing further down you can access the swimming pool.

The super-long and beautiful pool is flanked by an enormous deck for sunbathing with enough loungers for everyone!

The master bedroom is located in a separate pavilion, has a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with double jacuzzi, where panoramic corner windows offer amazing ocean views.

Behind the master bedroom, there is another bedroom with twin beds and a seating area with a large TV. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom is ideal for children.

Inside the main building, near the entrance, there is a bedroom with twin beds, adjacent to a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the opposite end of the swimming pool, 2 bedrooms are set next to the garden. The bottom bedroom has 2 single beds that can become a queen bed for couples, the bathroom is en-suite and has a walk-in shower.

The top bedroom has a private patio with a seating bench, perfect to spot Phi phi island on a clear day. This bedroom has a king-size bed, a closet, and an en-suite toilet and separate shower.

The new addition to the villa is a massage room. House staff can arrange massage or beauty treatments for you on request at an extra charge.

The maid will clean daily, the chef will cook breakfast and lunch/or dinner. The cost of the food is not included in the rate and will be charged with a shopping-delivery surcharge of 25%.

Electric and water usage is included in the price. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave.

PLEASE NOTE. Some bedrooms will be closed if the guest number is less than 8 people. For 3-5 guests - max 3 bedrooms open, for 6-7 guests - max 4 bedrooms open.
