SPRING SALE - ALL PRICES REDUCED BY 10% FOR 2023
Set in 3/4 acre of lush gardens with an olive grove and accessed via a long private drive, is this gorgeous 4 bedroom villa that sleeps 8 guests with a separate en-suite annexe that sleeps an extra 2 guests (there is an extra cost to hire the annexe). The villa has its own large freshwater pool - 13m x 6m. The shallow end is 0.8 m deep and is ideal for young children and the deep end is 1.8m deep. NO DIVING!
The villa is ideally located on the outskirts of Alghero within easy reach of local beaches and facilities and is a perfect base for families or groups of friends looking for peace and privacy but with easy access to all of Alghero's delights.
There is an summer kitchen on the outside terrace with pizza oven/barbecue, fridge, cooker and sink for total alfresco living.
We have 2 x travel cots and 2 x high chairs for babies. Please advise us if these are required?
We have the fantastic option to turn your holiday villa into your 'Private Hotel'. We can provide a Personal Chef who will do all the shopping and catering for you - including the washing up! (minimum 7 days). We can provide details and prices on request once you have booked.
There are a few House Rules to follow:
• NO SMOKING, No candles or naked flames
• Guest are required NOT to flush anything down any of the toilets except toilet paper – that means NO nappies, nappy liners, cleansing wipes, make-up wipes, cotton wool pads, sanitary products, panty-liners or kitchen paper etc.
• Use of the Air Conditioning Units is included in the rental cost of the villa, however, guests are required to turn the units OFF whilst not in residence.
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• Recycling is expected. Coloured bins are provided. Rubbish bags are to be cleared from the property daily. There are large communal bins on the road just a few meters away from the villa.
• Guests are required to clean cooking utensils and appliances as they are used i.e. oven, grill and barbecue, plus any spills that occur.
• Arrival and departure times are fixed unless prior arrangements have been made with the OWNER.
Parties and Events are forbidden without express authorisation of the owner.
The cost of the villa includes welcome pack, electricity and Air Con, cooking gas, bedlinen and towels (not pool towels), daily pool cleaning, lawns mowed twice per week and the end-of -stay cleaning fee.

“Catfished - Photos pre booking not a true reflection of the condition of the Villa especially the pool, very dirty.”
Very disappointed with this Villa, it wasn’t the perfect Villa the photos showed. Many issues to report and they require urgent addressing. 1. The swimming pool was very dirty, it was only cleaned twice in 2 weeks. The water was full of bugs, and the water was a murky colour. Around the edge there was a thick mark of scum all the way around. Not very appealing or inviting to use. The pool cleaning equipment was left on show by the pool, very disappointing to see makes the place look very untidy and reminds you of how dirty the pool is due to lack of use. The interval pool skimmer was never on, apparently it’s on a timer, but the amount of bugs in the pool - it didn’t work. On previous holidays to villas with a pool, the pool was cleaned daily and the water was crystal clear. 2. The garden and grass area surrounding the pool was in very poor condition, some areas were very overgrown while other areas were dead, brown and looked awful. There were sprinklers that came on through the day but they were broken not giving off the water required to keep the grass well watered. 3. The outdoor pool furnitures / sun beds were old and broken, no umbrellas or poolside tables and chairs to enjoy near the pool. 4. There are 2 umbrellas on the over ground grass area, that are fixed to the ground, they were broken and unusable especially as the grass was so overgrown. 5. The patio area was used a lot but we had to fight the bugs, ants everywhere, flys attacking us at every moment- no matter how much we cleaned up and kept food of the floor there was a lot of ants. We purchased a lot of anti fly lighting candles to try and deter them but it wasn’t effective. 6. The side patio was another eye sore with a jet wash dumped there, and old bins and a step ladder something that didn’t add value to our holiday experience. 7. The fridges didn’t work well - the temperature inside kept changing so we were worried about fresh food like meat & cheese being kept inside. 8. The internet doesn’t work - some cables attached by tape connected to router to the phone line, this eventually fell off the wall. 9. The lounge AC broke & leaked all down the wall causing horrible yellow staining on the wall. 10. The rear drive houses a abandoned fiat 500 - and rusty lawn mower along with other bits of junk - another eye sore that just make the place look untidy. 11. The basement had a horrible musty smell - it was awful for our friends to have to sleep there, going to bed wasn’t appealing and ruined there holiday. 12. The whole Villa feels unloved - needs some investment, a lot of the walls are dirty and needs a good paint especially the outside wall. 13. The outdoor shower looks terrible and uninviting to use - lots of limescale and blocked drain. 14. The main front door lock doesn’t work - to open the lock you need a special knack but I couldn’t open it. If you need a special knack to open a front door then buy a new lock or get a locksmith to repair it. 15. The bathroom was decent on the ground floor, just well used and a little grubby, but the shower worked well. 16. The ground floor bed rooms are small, the mattresses aren’t very comfortable. 17. No blue tooth sound system as advertised on the site. 18. The outdoor patio tables & chairs were dangerous as the legs of the chairs rotated by moving the chairs back wards and forwards. 19. We had stray cats living in the out house, cans of cat food was left near the outhouse wasn’t very hygienic. The fact I’m writing this review shows how disappointed we were with the Villa. Especially as the photos are nothing like the reality of the condition of the Villa. The photos need to be updated to show the true condition of the place. Also if we knew the pool wouldn’t be cleaned daily or every 2 days we would have not picked this Villa - that was the main draw for us picking this Villa but the pool was disgusting - very dirty.

“Fantastic location with great outdoor space for living / relaxing in”
Lovely villa with loads of room and all the mod cons required. Best bit for us was the outdoor space to eat, drink, sit and relax in. Villa is v close to Alghero and all that has to offer in terms of beaches, restaurants and excursions etc. But being 5 mins from town was a real blessing as it was away from everyone else and could get back to the villa for some calm. The owner was v helpful throughout and the trip was effortless from start to finish. Would definitely return.
