AT YOUR ATTENTION: this apartment has a touristic license. This is the only way, who allows to rent to foreigners by the Portuguese law. License number: 35518/AL
The apartment is the ideal for a family vacations, or group of friends. Is the perfect choice for long seasons, away from colder winters. Very bright, has a balcony overlook the city center.
Just 300 meters from the wonderful Monte Gordo beach with is warm water.
With a short walk you have restaurants, shops and local bars, easy to reach by foot.
Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen to cook meals at home, one bedroom with 2 beds that can be put together (and be a double bed) or separated. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and towels for all guests. In the living room you have a sofa bed. Satellite TV, with Eurosport, Disney channel, BVN NL channel, Portuguese and Spanish local channels.
Flat screen TV with USB and HDMI entrance who allows a Computer or Ipad connection
Free WIFI available.
The apartment is in a complex with an elevator, wheelchair accessed, seasonal swimming pool available
Pets are not allowed. No smoke apartment, but you can smoke in the balcony.

“Goed appartement,met alle voorzieningen(WiFi,BVNtv,Verwarming)”
Goede locatie.Alles op loopafstand.Appartement ligt aan de straatkant maar deze is erg stil. Wij waren hier in de tweede helft van Maart, dus minder druk.

“Sweet little apartment . Ideal for 2.”
This apartment was clean, comfy and well located. Loved the decor . It was well stocked with dishes and towels. The o my drawback was that it had no o en or BBQ. There was a toaster oven.
