This 3rd floor unit offers a LIFT accessible from the garage and complex entry door.  

The unit is moderately furnished for a family to comfortably enjoy a great holiday in the Currimundi area.  Close to great beaches, local shops, cafes and restaurants.  

The lake is such a great venue if you want to splash around with the kids or take out the kayak or SUP.

The unit offers all that you need for a comfortable stay including a self contained kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher and a sizeable fridge freezer, Ceiling Fans in bedrooms, Laundry Facilities, Built in Wardrobe, Shower over bath, Good views over the lake and slight views of the ocean, a sparkling Pool, Secure car parking, BBQ area, playground area and private access to the beach.

LINEN NOT INCLUDED: This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas.  Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price.  However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival.  Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire. 

You can take a short stroll to the local shops and enjoy breakfast at the beach or hire watercraft to enjoy paddling the waterways
