This 2 bedroom unit is centrally located being less than 150 metres to Happy Valley Beach and a
similar distance to Bulcock Street. A very short stroll along the boardwalks will find you at either
Kings Beach or Bulcock Beach.
Inside you will be pleasantly surprised at the high level of comfort and accommodation provided.
The main bedroom has a Queen Size bed with Pillow Top Mattress, built-in robes and a remote
controlled ceiling light/fan. There is access to the 2 way bathroom comprising a shower/bath and
vanity unit. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds with comfortable pillow top mattresses, ceiling
light/fan and built in robes.
The laundry includes an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer.
The lounge room has the following:
· Comfortable leather lounges (2 and 3 seater)
· 40 inch HD widescreen TV
· DVD/USB Player
· Assorted Coffee Tables

A separate Meals area has a dining suite where you can take in the view whilst enjoying a meal.

The balcony has an outdoor setting where you can relax watching the children in the pool, enjoy a
wine/drink, listen to the waves or take in the ocean views and watch the ships go past.
With the convenience of being so close to shops, beaches, parks and many restaurants/cafes you
can leave your car in the single lock up garage and just enjoy all the facilities Caloundra has to offer.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the Unit. Animals are not welcome in this property
LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas. Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire.
