This fully screened holiday house is located directly behind the sand dunes of the coastal beach that runs from Dicky Beach Surf Club north to Point Cartwright.
Open plan living in the lounge, dining, kitchen area opensout to the deck overlooking the fenced backyard. With 3 bedrooms, all of which enjoy the winter sun in the afternoon, this holiday home is designed for a great getaway.
There's a fully contained kitchen where you can create all meals orprepare culinary delights to cook on the BBQ. The kitchen comes complete with the microwave, dishwasher, full oven and cooktop, fridge/freezer and all every day items.
The bedroom configurations: Bedroom 1 & 2 have two single beds that can be zipped together to make king beds. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, so there is plenty of comfortable bedding. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas. Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels,bath mats and hand towels) is not included in theprice. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Simply contact us prior to arrivalto organise linen hire.
The bathroom has a full bath and shower separate to the toilet.
The home is located close to the Sunshine Coast Sports Stadium and Kawana Lake - where all the action is for major sporting events. Fruit markets and meat markets are just a short walk around the corner, while the recently upgraded Kawana Shopping World is not too far away either.

“Poorly presented”
