The space
This Eric Lyons ‘Span house’ is ideal for singles, couples and families with children. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine, various cooking utensils, plates, side plates, soup / cereal bowls, mugs and various glasses for 6 people. The living room has two sofas, a large 47-inch, HD, flat screen television with cable TV service and Wi-Fi. There is a dining table seating six and various cupboards offering storage. Towels and bed linen are included.
The kitchen leads onto a deck via double doors where you can sit outside in the evening, weather permitting. There is a generous, paved garden with seating and a BBQ area.

Limited parking is available on a first-come,-first-served basis in the close. Please enquire if you require parking, as there are some rules that need to be adhered to.
The neighborhood
Teddington is a fabulous area with numerous wonderful restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Bushy Park is a 5-minute walk away and Richmond Park is within easy reach by bicycle or bus and train. Both are animated by deer, squirrels and many other animals, lakes, ponds and tea rooms. The historic Hampton Court Palace is walking distance from the house. The area enjoys another park, the Old Deer Park (Richmond), where you will find a swimming pool complex for adults and children, sports equipment and an outdoor children's playground with fantastic structures. Twickenham Rugby Stadium is two stops from Teddington Station. If you are interested in plants and nature, the wonderful historical botanical gardens in Kew are a short drive away.
Getting around
The house is a 1-minute walk from Teddington mainline station, with trains every 30 minutes to Twickenham, taking approximately 8 minutes. Kingston town centre is two stops (5 minutes) by train – there you will find major high street retail chains and a vibrant night life. Waterloo Station in Central London is 35 minutes away by train. There are great transport connections to London Heathrow. The X26 Express bus to Heathrow runs 24 hours and takes approximately 30 minutes to the Heathrow Central Bus Station (it services Terminals 1,2 & 3). Alight at Hatton Cross to travel on to Terminals 4 & 5 by tube (total journey time is approximately 40 to 45 minutes). For more information on travel, please feel free to enquire.
