Lovely classic 2 Bedroom AIRCONDITIONED apartment located in heart of Nice Old Town. Five minutes walking to the center of the town, tram, beach. The area is one of the favorite locations for Nice and locals alike. Spacious 48 M, sleeps up to six. The apartment is fully equipped with a washer, oven, four-burner electric stove top, full size refrigerator,/freezer, All appliances purchased new in fall 2023; High-speed Fiber internet, and a large flat-screen TV with many premium movie stations including Netflix., Amazon Prime, Disney . The apartment has two bedrooms, a huge kitchen with a dining area for six people, and a spacious living room. Living room has a full size sofa bed with a comfortable mattress which sleeps 2 .

The water kettle, toaster, and coffee maker (as well as a coffee grinder) compliment the all-new appliances purchased winter. 2022. Washing machine provided for your use.
MAIN BEDROOM.: The large room features a 160 Queen size bed for 2 guests with a high quality mattress.
A full wall-length closet allows you to put away all your clothing and things. Plenty of storage space no need to live out of a suitcase.
Second Bedroom: Equipped with a double bed that sleeps 2 guests. Room is equipped with a small dresser and nite stand with reading lamp;
