A residential area offering a quiet and peaceful holiday yet 15 minutes’ drive from the bustling port of Puerto de Mazarrón. The villa has a private pool and outdoor eating area set in well maintained gardens making it a safe and secure place for all family members. The property has a sun-drenched terrace leading to a good sized open plan living area with dining room and kitchen that provides all the amenities you need for self-catering vacation.
Ground Floor has two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one being en-suite to the master bedroom and twin room.

“Superbe location”
Location superbe, bien entretenue, piscine magnifique et aussi très bien entretenue. Correspondant local exceptionnel, disponible et gentil. Petit bémol l'adresse, car ce n'est pas du tout à Alabama de Murcia, mais à Campasol et en plus secteur C, ce qui est très important car nous avons cherché pendant 3 heures, et ceci dit cela dépendait de Mazarron. Donc pour vos prochains locataires, donnez leur la bonne adresse. Sinon rien à redire. Par contre quand nous sommes partis, nous avons envoyé un texto à notre correspondant l'informant que nous partions à 6 heures du matin. Pas de nouvelle, donc nous avons pensé qu'il viendrait à 6 heures, nous l'avons attendu jusqu'à 6 h 15. Ne voyant personne nous sommes partis, dommage car nous aurions aimé lui dire au revoir. Par contre nous reviendrons dans votre location avec plaisir.

“Holiday”
Oh my god what an amazing place. If you’re looking for piece & quiet this place is perfect. Me & my partner will definitely be going back, you have the square half a mile away that was buzzing with friendly people. If you just want a quiet night there’s the golf club two minutes away with a great view, 15 minutes down the road is the port where there are plenty of restaurants & bars. As for the villa it’s big very clean & an amingly cool pool where we spent most of our time. I’m missing it already & want to go back

“Villa Rosa family holiday”
We all had an amazing family holiday staying in this beautiful villa with a privet pool. The villa is maintained to a high standard with everything you could ever need inside and outside. The pool is also maintained to a high standard which has a shallow end and a deep end that is deep enough for diving in which is great for adults and older children. The wall that surrounds the part of the garden where the pool is situated and the loungers is high enough that you get complete privacy and you have the sun all day. While there I phoned a family member back home and honestly said to them "I feel like someone needs to pinch me as I can't believe how lucky we are". There is also lovely views from the roof terrace and a garden that goes all the way round the villa which also has a large drive way. There was always someone that you can phone should you ever come across any problems. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket 5 minutes away in the car and beautiful beaches 15 minutes away by car. The villa is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom but is also in the process of adding another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom making it into a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which are all spacious. I would definitely think of returning there in a heartbeat as I've never felt so relaxed on a holiday as I felt there it was just what I needed and felt so spoiled xxx
