Apartment located by the sea, in a modern building, facing the Atlantic Ocean, in Vila Nova de Gaia-Porto. Situated on the first line of the sea, at the beach of Lavadores, is the ideal place for a holiday or short stay and also a beautiful place to live.

Excellent sea views from the living room and kitchen, both sharing a large balcony facing West, with magnificent sun exposure.

This 2 bedroom apartment accommodates 4 people. Has a spacious living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 50-inch LCD TV, Hi-Fi, cable TV with 150 + channels and free wireless Internet, Wifi, at a speed of 100 Mb/s. The spacious kitchen is fitted with all equipment and utensils needed.

One of the rooms is equipped with 1 Queen-size bed and the other room is equipped with 2 single beds. Has 1 bathroom complete with Jacuzzi and other with a toilet.

Conveniently equipped with clothes, towels, all utensils and equipment needed for 6 people.

The apartment is located a few metres from local seafront restaurants, bars and coffee shops, bakery with freshly baked bread and buns during the whole day; 800 metres from the mouth of Douro river where it meets with the Atlantic Ocean, that is also a habitat of many species of birds at the area; 5 km from shopping centers, 8 km from golf courses, 6 km from Oporto historical area or night life with pubs and live music. The city has recently been awarded again the best destination in Europe by international tourist magazines. The night life is a must.

From 3 of June until 29 of September, the renting period must be 1, 2 , 3, 4 or more weeks, Checkin in only on Saturday and checking out on Saturday as well.

No events are allowed. The apartment's use shall be guided by harmony and neighbourliness and in that frame you are kindly requested to make silence between 23:00 and 08:00 hours. Failure to observe the house rules constitutes valid ground for immediate termination of the rental with total loss of the amount paid.

Les tarifs pour août 2019 ne sont pas à jour. Il faut compter quasi le double. Ex : du 10 au 24/08/2019 = 1886,25€ On est loin des 483€/semaine.
