Description
Welcome to our recently refurbished home, Villa Julia in the heart of Conceição, Tavira. Villa Julia is spacious, fully air conditioned with a private garden and a 7 metre x 3.5 metre swimming pool. Conceicao Train station is less than a 5 minute walk and takes you to Faro, stopping at other stations along the way.
The Villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes and two with en- suite. There is also a family bathroom with shower and hair drying facilities and a downstairs shower room. A large lounge along with TV showing both showing all UK and Portuguese channels. The dining area is generously sized. A fully equipped kitchen comprises cooker/fridge freezer/washing machine/ dishwasher and microwave.
The Villa is a 5 minute drive in to Cabanas town centre by the water front and lagoon walkway which is close to the main beach. There are several restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets etc.
The historical town of Tavira is just 4 kilometres away. For golfers, we are located a 5 minute walk from Benamor golf course and there are 2 top quality golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
Also in Conceicao there are 2 supermarkets and a local pharmacy with in walking distance plus several coffee shops and a variety of restaurants.
Cabanas is a former fishing village. It has a little more than 1000 permanent residents, and its beautiful and clean beaches turn it into a popular tourist destination in the summer.
The village structure is composed of a long line of low-rise houses, shops, bars and restaurants facing the Ria Formosa
Whether you are the adventurer type, a sports person, a Mediterranean cuisine admirer or wish to spend some relaxing days with your family, Cabanas and Tavira offer you all this and much more.

“Excellent villa”
Everything connected with this villa is excellent. The owner sent very helpful info before our stay. Tracey, the lady on hand if there are any problems was excellent. The villa itself is spacious, immaculate, very well kitted out with everything you could possibly need including pool/beach towels. Lovely pool, efficient Aircon. Location was good for Tavira, Cabanas, Santa Luzia. Car was useful but it is near to the train station and a supermarket and some bars. Would d highly recommend.

“Beautifully Comfortable”
We stayed at the villa in August. It is furnished beautifully inside and out. The pool was great to cool you down. Every bedroom was so spacious with lots of storage. We will certainly book again.

“A relaxing holiday”
We have just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Julia. As a family of 4 we have had an enjoyable time away, the Villa very well equipped for a luxury holiday, as well as beautifully furnished! Martin provided comprehensive information about the Villa and surrounding areas prior to our arrival which we found incredibly useful. Tracey made contact with us prior to our arrival to arrange meeting us on arrival as well as kept in touch during our stay. The Villa is conveniently located to access Cabanas as well as nearby areas. A truly memorable time away, we would certainly recommend Villa Julia !
