Situated in the sought-after area of Constantia close to Constantiaberg Medi-Clinic, well known for its proximity to top international and private schools, easy access to all major roads, budget eateries, and excellent restaurants, well-known wine estates, as well as numerous mountain and forest walking trails.
This home has lots to offer. A modern private cottage with two bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, and a study. The front door welcomes you to the entrance hall and leads to the spacious open-plan lounge (fireplace), dining room, and kitchen. Stack back doors from the lounge and dining room.

Lounge with wood-burning fire dining into a large modern kitchen with gas hob and extractor. Sliders off the lounge to the sunny veranda and entertainment area with built-in braai facilities.
