Our villa is centrally located in superb area of Seminyak, within 200 – 500 meters walking distance to Laksmana- Oberoi ‘eat street’ area such as Ultimo Restaurant, Mykonos, Rumours, Chandi Restaurant and fashion shopping / boutiques, Shopping malls and holiday entertainment. The beach can be reached within a 5 minutes drive / 13 minutes walk to either KuDeTa beach or Petitenget Beach.
The villa is designed in luxury elegant style by artist Renato Guillermo De Pola as depicted in the furniture, decor and paintings. With total of 500m2 of land, this villa has an infinity private pool (15 x 4 meters) in the sun with pool-side chill day bed, beautiful landscape garden, enclosed living, luxury office space, Indoor/outdoor dining for 8-10 people, and full set kitchen include Wine Cellar ‘Borreti’.
Our villa is also available for events/parties accommodate up to 50 people (max)
All 4 bedrooms have king size beds and each has en-suite uniquely design completed with bathroom amenities & toiletries.
The spacious air-conditioning living is what you need during your relaxing moment at the villa, plenty seating areas that has comfortable stylish sofas, completed with luxury office space and entertainment equipment.
Dining feature a large funky glass table and chairs, enough for up to 8 people.
The Entertainment equipments includes: Satellite TV, DVD players with DVD-tech and CD-tech, indoor/outdoor Bose sound system, CD player, OCB cable for iPod. Library, backgammon, Games’ room with pool table.
This stylish villa is perfect for those who wants to be in the heart of the action. Meantime people will find a very peaceful oasis in Seminyak.
Minimum 3 nights booking inclusion:
• One time airport pick up
• Daily breakfast for 2 person per room (unless further communication on negotiation/price reduction)
• Drinking water supply during stay
• Welcome drink, cold towel and seasonal fruit basket upon arrival
• Wifi internet connection
• Bathroom amenities included shampoo, soap etc
• Daily cleaning service (housekeeper available to assist from 8 am – 4 pm)
Price & inclusions agreed on the first payment made can not be changed unless further agreement from both side (guest & Management)
