La casa vacanze era una antica "Stalla", modernamente ristrutturata, scavata nella roccia del Borgo Antico di Rovere caratterizzato dal Castello del IX secolo.
Il camino, i 2 bagni ed i quasi 80 mq di ambienti su tre livelli la rendono adatta a coppie, famiglie e gruppi (fino 9+) previo preavviso.
Mansarda con ampie finestre e spettacolare panorama su natura circostante: Vado di Pezza, Monte Candela/ Rotondo, Catena del Gran Sasso.
Biancheria completa ed asciugamani sono forniti ad ogni soggiorno. Un servizio di sanitizzazione avanzata e pulizia viene effettuato con estrema cura al cambio ospiti.
La posizione è "strategica" nell'Altipiano delle Rocche: 6 km dalle piste (Ovindoli/Campofelice).
Sono ammessi piccoli animali domestici.
