A beautiful 3-bedroom semi-detached villa located in a quiet cul de sac really close to shops, restaurants and the Blue Flag Beach.
From the garden and private parking area the stylish front door opens into an attractive hallway with stairs leading up to the living area, kitchen and guest toilet. The three bedrooms are a few steps down from the entrance hall.
The recently refurbished villa has a lovely new pool which is accessed by steps down from the enlarged living room veranda, or from the two rear en-suite bedrooms.
With a modern twist on the traditional style, the upstairs lounge is splendidly furnished with two squashy, comfortable couches and matching armchair while the flat screen TV and a music centre rest on a delightful white-painted antique sideboard.
A wood-burning stove has been installed in the fireplace which features a traditional semi-circular chimney.
Contributing to the bright and modern theme, the large painted dining table seats more than 6 persons.
Sunshine streams into the living room through the glass doors to the spacious veranda outside which there is another table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Steps lead down to the pool area from the large veranda.
Also on the upper living room level is a new and a new kitchen with an adjoining pantry, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and also an electric kettle, coffee makers, toaster, an iron, ironing board and ample crockery etc.
Alongside the kitchen is a guest bathroom, with toilet and hand basin, while in a small alcove at the top of the stairs there is a simple but useful desk.
A few steps down from the entrance hall is the smart family bathroom which has a bath with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 3, beside the main bathroom, has twin beds and a built-in mirrored wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a new en-suite shower & toilet. It has twin beds, a built-in mirrored wardrobe and it opens onto a sheltered patio near the pool area.
The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin. It has a 6 ft double bed, built-in mirrored wardrobes and opens onto the pool area.
The private pool has a shallow section which is handy for toddlers, though of course children must always be supervised in or near the pool.
This is a real gem of a villa for families with the added bonus of its terrific location in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the Blue Flag beach, restaurants and shops.

“Fantastic Villa, great Location & Amazing pool”
