M&D Guesthouse is conveniently located within walking distance to eat street of Oberoi, Seminyak. The property designed to enhance the comfort of our guests, where you will find “a home away from home”. The facilities is similar to the 3 star hotel, consists of 7 Superior Rooms and 2 Deluxe Rooms. M&D Guesthouse is giving you caring service with comfortable and a readiness to serve that gives you the easy feeling of being home in Bali. The guest house can be rented as privately entire house or room only Bed & Breakfast.

Each has room has ensuite, air conditioning and minibar, DVD/satellite/cable TV with Flatscreen TV and hangers available in the wardrobe. The bathroom has bath towels, soaps and shampoos.

We provide kitchen at the main house to use, fully equipped with plates, spoons, forks, knifes, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, juice mixer, relevant utensils and crockery.

The living has a sofa lounge upstairs for guest to relax and sun lounger by the pool. Plenty seating area for guest to have breakfast or dine in the house.

Swimming pool in the sun with the size 8 x 3 meters.

Staff ready at the guesthouse includes: Villa Manager, Staff housekeeper, Rotating night security and Pool Man & Gardener if required. Staff housekeeper will clean your villa everyday at your specific requested time

Minimum 3 nights booking inclusion:

• Daily breakfast for 2 person per room (unless further communication on negotiation/price reduction)

• Drinking water supply during stay

• Welcome drink, cold towel and seasonal fruit basket upon arrival

• Wifi internet connection

• Bathroom amenities included shampoo, soap etc

• Daily cleaning service (housekeeper available to assist from 8 am – 4 pm)

Price & inclusions agreed on the first payment made can not be changed unless further agreement from both side (guest & Management)
