Description

The Exclusive 2 bedroom villa privée is situated in Pefkos, Near Lindos and only 150m from the beach and has two bedrooms, one bathroom and one WC. It provides full kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 4-5 persons.

THE VILLA INSIDE

The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's SMART TV set with satellite, and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price) in each room. The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the electric appliances, , oven, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. You will also find an iron and ironing board.

The Exclusive 2BED ( new) privée has two double bedrooms with twin hotelier style beds that can be pushed together making a king size double , when asked. The brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with SMART TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

The villa has one bathroom with shower rooms and one WC decorated with marble.

The villa has a private pool, with Sea Views that makes it a unique experience for your summer holiday. There are also sunbeds and garden furniture . Lighting and surrounding are giving an extra romantic atmosphere. There is a barbeque area.

Car rental although not necessary , would be recommended for those who want to explore the island of Rhodes. Excursions are also possible from Pefkos to Rhodes town, Water Park and Prassonissi.
