Only 35 kilometers from the Murcia Internatioanl Airport (approx 50 Euro's in a taxi, 80 km from Elche Alicante airport approx 80 in a Taxi and approx 45/50 mins drive. Villa Blanca provides the perfect individual private contemporary living space, with full glass sliding doors that open directly on the terrace with private swimming pool (additional cost if heating is required during the cooler months, 20 euros per day), enclosed patios with off road parking. Take the option of the large rooftop solarium to enjoy the sun all day long complete with outdoor BBQ.

Perfectly located, only 700 meters from the popular beaches of Lo Pagan and Santiago de Ribera, yet conveniently close to San Javier (Murcia) airport only 6.6 km. “Dos Mares” shopping center is just on the doorstep 2.5km away, an excellent shopping area with supermarkets, restaurants, boutique shops and a cinema open 365 days a year.

Perfect for walks and leisure, the promenade of Santiago de la Ribera and Lo Pagan are a total delight throughout the day and evening, with countless restaurants to choose from, and some great little tapas bars just by the sea, or the ever popular marina. This area has a thalassotherapy spa and also offers a variety of sports activities, including seasonal water sports, with excellent golf courses very close by!

Places of interest & ideas of things to do in Lo Pagan Beach: long and sandy. Promenade: long and paved, joins into the mud baths and salinas walking and cycling route. Marina: small. Children's Funfair: opposite the marina open during summer months only. Mud Baths: treat your skin! Salinas Walking & Cycling Route: out into the Mar Menor. Ideas of places to twin Lo Pagan with day or night Twin a visit to the information centre in San Pedro del Pinatar with a trip to the marina and then drive the short distance to Lo Pagan for a walk along the salinas walking and cycling route that runs beside the mud baths. Visit Cabo de Palos, Punta Brava or any of the other interesting towns and villages on the Mar Menor, end your day at the funfair.
