Description

This exceptional 3 bedroomed villa in Lindos old village has been renovated and refurbished to a very high standard. Combining a mix of traditional, antiques and contemporary this villa provides a fantastic home for your Lindos holiday. Villa Anastasia sleeps up to 6 people (with space for cots too) and consists of 3 stunning bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), open plan kitchen/dining area, comfortable lounge and a very large private courtyard.

Anastasia has one double Lindian bedroom with an adacent fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, WC, handbasin, washing machine and hairdryer on the ground floor. An ornate staircase leads to the first floor with two further bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, WC, handbasin, hairdryer and mirror. The two upstairs bedrooms have Lindian twin beds each with handcrafted wooden wardrobes and chest of drawers. One of the bedrooms and the upstairs shower room has a fantastic view of the Acropolis.

The ground floor has a beautiful fully fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer and all kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a dining area within the kitchen with large wooden table and chairs, large sideboard and Smart TV. An archway leads through to the lounge area with Lindian platform sofa and plenty of comfy cushions which is an ideal place to relax with a good book and a glass of wine.

One of the best parts of this house is the very large courtyard which is completely furnished with dining table and chairs under the wooden pergola with an additional seating area with cushions, reclining chairs and outside shower. This terrace area is such a perfect setting for breakfast dining, sundowners, pre-dinner drinks and entertaining friends and family. In fact, once you have settled in here, you probably won't want to leave the house!
