Summary:
Rental is for the ENTIRE villa. It is a 3 bedroom (not 2) en-suite facility villa. All is provided including linen, pots, bath and pool towels, etc - all you have to do is bring your luggage.
- You’ll love my place because of the abundant light, all year round warm weather, comfy beds, swimming pool, etc. It is situated in a quiet area, with coconut trees.
- Swimming pool area and around the villa is secluded with all round high walls especially (more so) the swimming pool area for TOTAL customer privacy.
- Free one-way car service is provided from the airport to the villa.
- Short or medium stays, continental, halal or typical Indonesian breakfast is also included within the the daily price.
- Villa is very close (within easy walking distance) to the beach, restaurants, night life, land marks, public & taxi transportation services.
- It is ideal for all age couples, honeymooners, business travelers & families.
House manual:
- Hot water is always available.
- Internet (WiFi) is free of charge.
- Baby eating chair is available.
- Baby/child control stair gate is also available to be erected as when customer requests.
- Diverse (many) child toys also available.
- Generator available and may be activated (switched on), in case of temporary blackouts.
- Taxis and public transport are also easily available and close to the villa.
- Car hire, motorbike rental, snorkeling, diving, fishing and hiking trips, may also be arranged before or during the guests stay.

- The villa can comfortably sleep 7 people in white clean comfort linen and basic toiletries.
- The Main en-suite bedroom , has a hydro bath, shower, toilet, hand wash basin plus hair dryer.
- The SECOND en-suite bedroom, has a shower, toilet and hand wash basin.
- The THIRD en-suite bedroom also has a shower, toilet and hand wash basin.
There is an extra (3rd) downstairs (ground floor) toilet with hand wash basin and tap to wash your feet.
All three en-suite bedrooms have new air conditions.
The villa lower level is a semi open plan with everything you need including outdoor dining area next to the swimming pool and very high walled walls for total guest privacy.
Villa is complete for a great stay and most fabulous outdoor eating and leisure places are within walking distances and with nearby car/taxi transportation accessibility.
At night time, there is a security guard on duty outside the villa premises.
Free and secure parking is inside the villa high walled property.
The villa designed style, is comfortable to chic, very well decorated, in mind for a relaxing, easy and great holiday.
Guest access:
Front gate, kitchen and front door keys will be handed over when the guest arrives. Jasmine Villa is arranged for TOTAL privacy as we believe in providing tenants maximum privacy and security.
Villa owner lives off premise. However when necessary, is always contactable including guidance requests or help.
