Description
Casa Rego is a beautiful detached villa with stunning private garden and pool. It is in the village of Acoteias and is a 10 minute walk from the local shops and beach.
The village of Acoteias gives you the opportunity to blend into Portuguese village life and access to one of the Algarve's longest beaches. It is a traditional village with restaurants, bars and shops. For those who are looking for activity the village comes with its own 9 hole golf course, Pine Cliffs.
The towns of Olhos de Aqua, Albufeira and Vilamoura are close by and easily accessible by bus or taxi.
This well equipped villa offers open plan living which includes a spacious kitchen, dinning area with seating for 6 and comfortable living room which leads out to the large terrace and pool/garden area.
This property includes 3 large bedrooms - 1 x king size, 2 x double (all can be made up to single beds on request) 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
The facilities outside are superb, giving you access to a BBQ area with seating, pool loungers and roof top terrace with lounge seating - the perfect space for enjoying the views of Acoteias, rural hills and glorious sunsets.

“Fabulous!”
2nd visit to this fantastic villa.... As a family with teenagers, it is just perfect! Clean, modern, spacious and a huge pool which was a godsend with the glorious weather. Everything within walking distance and superb communication with the owner Jenni. Without doubt- the best villa we have stayed in!! 5*

“Perfect Family Holiday”
What a wonderful 2 weeks we had at Casa Rega Villa. Villa so spacious and pool area / garden fantastic. Really well thought out, well equipped. Lots of places to dine, bbq, unwind and chill. Loved the sunset terrace for an evening tipple. Great location no need for a car easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Portuguese so welcoming, we will be back. Would highly recommend if want a great relaxed family holiday.

“Beautiful Villa- Wish we never had to leave!”
Just back from a week at this wonderful villa! It has everything you could ask for and more! It is situated in a lovely quiet street a short walk to the local supermarket, gift shop and some cafe/restaurants and bars. A short walk in the other direction takes you towards the beach via some great restaurants and a wonderful cocktail bar! The beach is stunning and so peaceful for a walk along the sand to Vilamoura. The villa itself has one master bedroom with a huge en suite and 2 very good sized rooms which can be made into either a double or twin beds! There is a large kitchen with everything you could imagine (including a coffee machine and dishwasher), a utility room with washing machine, a spacious living area with large dining table and access to every television channel you can imagine. Outside there is a built in BBQ and patio seating area and another large table perfect for breakfast on the balcony and relaxing in the shade! The villa has its own private swimming pool in amongst the beautifully manicured gardens, with plenty of sun loungers and inflatables for the kids! It is the perfect place to relax and soak up the beautiful weather! In the evenings you can retreat to the roof terrace to catch the last of the suns rays and it really is just perfect! We had the most fabulous time here and we are counting down the days until we can go back again!
