A delightfully styled three-bedroom bungalow situated a mere few minutes walk from the bustling quay in Wells-next-the-Sea. Despite the convenient proximity to town, the bungalow is tucked quietly away. Avocet View is perfectly located to enjoy open views across the playing field to the iconic pine woods in the distance.

Beautifully renovated with holidaymakers needs at the forefront of the design, this bungalow is deceptively spacious and immaculately presented with a contemporary seaside style. Boasting a modern, well-equipped fitted kitchen that includes a Nestlé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a comfortable sitting room hosting sumptuous sofas with a truly spectacular view and charming dining area. Three bedrooms are available. The master bedroom hosts a perfectly positioned king-size bed that enjoy views from the double aspect windows, and accompanying en suite shower room. The second bedroom also hosts a king-size, and the third bedroom provides twin single beds. These two bedrooms are served by a beautifully presented family bathroom. Avocet View is a firm favourite with families, couples, and groups of friends, all throughout the year. Outside, there is a small private courtyard with al fresco dining furniture set to a backdrop of expansive views. Off-road parking for one car is available.

Despite the convenient proximity to town, the bungalow is tucked quietly away. Avocet View is calm, peaceful retreat to return at the end of a busy day spent exploring everything this lovely part of North Norfolk has to offer.

“Beautiful cottage in perfect location.”

Perfectly located cottage 2 mins from Wells quay, shops, bars & restaurants. Immaculately maintained with everything you need for a relaxing hol. This was our first visit but we will definitely be returning.

I have been to Wells so many times and this has to be the best accommodation that I have stayed in. I can't say anymore about it apart from excellent. I will be booking again.
