Building count with a big pool with lounge & chairs, amenities like pool table, Gym, and game rooms. Apartment is very clean and fully equip with kitchen accessories, linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrella - perfect vacation for relaxation.

The apartment is 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, close to restaurants, Hollywood boulevard, shopping centers and Gulfstream. Building count with Valet parking, 24 hour security, washer & dryer in every floor of the building.

Cheapest rates you will find oceanfront. Basic Cable TV is included with the unit as well as Wi-Fi internet. (Minimal rental 30 days)

How do damage deposits work?
