Description
Beachside Cottage, 28 Turnberry Drive. The Bay. Filey, North Yorkshire is a luxury retreat; modern, bright and spacious and offers excellent accommodation comprising of an entrance hall, a downstairs cloakroom/w/c and an open plan lounge kitchen diner. Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom,1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
Unlimited Wi.Fi is available to our guests.
The newly fitted stylish kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher.
The lounge has a flat screen smart TV with Netflix available for guests.
Patio doors open onto a furnished patio and a brick built barbeque.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and a flat screen TV/DVD player. There are balcony doors through which there is a side sea view of Filey Bay.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a walk in wardrobe and a flat screen TV/DVD player.
The newly refurbished tiled luxury family shower room has a hand basin W/C and towel warmer.
Beachside Cottage is modern and well equipped and is ideally positioned to access leisure facilities for couples and families.
Beachside Cottage is not suitable for disabled guests who require wheelchair access.

“Fantastic local and value for money”
Great location, used it as a base to visit Filey, Scarborough, Whitby, Pickering, Thornton-le-Dale and finally Harrogate on the day we left. The accommodation was spacious, clean and perfectly located for the beach too with only a 30 min walk into Filey.

“Fantastic break - amazing location - great facilities.”
We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our break at Beachside cottage. It’s a very well equipped, clean and comfortable house. So close to the beach and lots to do at The Bay. We have already booked a repeat visit. Highly recommended.

“Perfect holiday location”
Lovely property, lovely area and setting. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children and pooch. Beautiful place and to a high and excellent standard. I would happily visit again.

“The Bay”
4 day stay was fantastic. Cottage was located very close to the footpath down to the beach, which has easy access for push chairs and poor walkers. The cottage felt like home from home . The double bedroom had a Juliet balcony with a view of Filey in the distance. The facilities at the bay were fantastic swimming pool was very clean. Very friendly atmosphere through out the resort. Second bedroom was very spacious. The only thing I would wish for was another saucepan as there were only two. Parking was easy. You can walk along the beach to Filey 30mins from your door. Cayton Bay 10 mins by car. Good for surfers. Would have stayed longer if we could.

“Beachside cottage August 2019”
We stayed from 26th-30th August in this lovely cottage. We have been to The Bay before (not in this property) and enjoyed it so much we booked again. This cottage is in a great location,really close to the beach and to all of the activities. The cottage has everything you need and has lovely bifold doors out onto some green space which was great for the boys to play. The weather was wonderful, beach stunning and we tried some of the activites- splash session and nerf wars which our boys loved and seemed good value. A fantastic break, we will definitely return!

“Brilliant Beachside Cottage”
What a lovely holiday we had at beachside cottage, Filey. The location of the cottage on the Bay Village site was brilliant, so close to the beach. The cottage itself was spacious, clean and well equipped for our 4 night stay with 2 kids. The beach at Filey is wonderful, lovely stretch for the kids and for running and paddling. We’d highly recommend the cottage. It was like a home from home. Thank you!

“Amazing stay!”
Beachside Cottage is absolutely beautiful, a real home from home! Perfectly decorated and equipped for a comfortable holiday. The Wifi and leisure pass were a real bonus for us. The cottage is situated so close to the path to the beach, brilliant! A great place for families with dogs, we definitely hope to return to Beachside Cottage very soon.

“Excellent short break!!!”
This was a beautiful cottage with all the facilities that you need which makes it feel home from home. It was so peaceful and relaxing and in a great location with a short walk to the beach, the pub and swimming pool. We had lovely days out in filey, Scarborough and Whitby this is a great place to stay!!!
