Our Villa resort, Carmelita Villas; a blend of North American and European style boutique property. A small, intimate; four villa boutique style property own and operating by a Canadian & British couple.
The villas consists of three; two bedrooms, one bath villas and one villa consisting of two bedrooms, two baths. Villas are air conditioned and each equipped with full kitchen and individual private outdoor dining areas. Located in Playa Hermosa, Puntarenas, on Calle Hermosa, Costa Rica. We are a 90 minute drive from San Jose Airport and eight minutes to Playa Hermosa Beach and a 15 minute drive to the hustle & bustle of, Jaco Puntarenas.
Quickly after opening, inquiries for renting the entire property surpassed our B&B operation. We now offer renting the entire property or renting individual villas. Renting the entire property accommodates 16-17. Best suited for 16 adults and 17 when children are part of the group. With renting the entire property, base on 16 adults, nightly rate is less than US $71.00 per night. We guarantee there is nothing to compare to the quality and offerings in this price point in the area.
What you get renting the entire property is four villas, each with its own living room and kitchen. You get a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and outdoor patio space on each villa. There is a BBQ on premise. Our luxurious Carmelita Villas robes are provided for adults to enjoy.
