Description

Villa with garden close to the magnificent beaches of the Delfino Blu and Port Rush. Access to the villa from the street is via a driveway with security gate. On the front there is parking, the ladder for access to the roof terrace where there is the washing machine and the entrance. Entering it has left the kitchen equipped with gas and oven, refrigerator, double sink and counter. Two steps lead to the lounge with TV and sofa, extendable table and chairs and access to the patio. To the left is the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, king-size bed, nightstands and dresser. This room also has access from the patio. From the entrance a corridor leads to the two bedrooms and the first bathroom with a lavatory and shower. The right room has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, window to the front of the house. The left room has a double bed with headboard with typical Sardinian embroidery, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and a private bathroom, complete with health and bathtub. This room also has direct access to the patio. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans. The hot water with electric boiler. In the bedroom with bathroom next to the bathroom door itself will find the switch. The gas for the kitchen operates with the cylinders. The patio has outdoor kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, worktop with underlying masonry closet, built-in barbecue and oven with broken masonry. A table with chairs for 8 people, a round table for 4 people, beach chairs. From the patio we will continue to the large garden of century-old olive trees and junipers. The garden is maintained by the gardener who held his job, even during your stay. It 'a trusted person and kind to which you can contact for every need on site. in the bottom of the garden there is a little house for the farm tools. Accommodation is available in all its spaces. They are reserved and therefore not available doors at the top of the cabinets. I remind you that in the house there are two camping beds with mattress for small children and a high chair. In Villasimius it is in effect recycling. Find the ecological zone to the left of the entrance with its differentiated baskets. In the house there is the calendar with indicated what is withdrawn the next day. It is by guest bring their bins out on the road at the bottom of the access road bed. Or you can bring when you want the all'ecocentro baskets in country whose times are in the calendar. Near the house there is the Notteri salt lake where you can admire the rare pink flamingos (pink flamingo).
