"Horizons" is an outstanding design to capture sea views from the upstairs open plan family room & kitchen. Located on the beachfront, the apartment has spectacular views of the bay and the cliffs. Only a few steps to the reef, a great spot for collecting shells and spotting crabs. Across the road is a walking track, ideal for taking refreshing walks and taking in the idyllic scenery.

This apartment is the perfect place for couples wanting a romantic weekend away or for a family wanting a special holiday away. Its very easy to relax, unwind and forget your troubles. You could watch the sunrise while having your breakfast out on the balcony or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the cliffs.

"Horizons" is a new modern 2 Storey apartment with spectacular panoramic views.

Upstairs:

Open plan living area with lounge suite angled perfectly to soak in the view of the sea. A modern dining table for 6-8 people and 4 stools positioned under a granite breakfast bar which doubles in the kitchen area. The kitchen has gorgeous granite benches and taps are flick mixers through out and quality fixtures finish this house off to a very high standard. A automated coffee machine, dishwasher, many other appliances make this a gorgeous gourmet kitchen.

Underfloor heating radiates throughout keeps the temperature set to perfect, plus a split system air conditioner to take the chill off the air or for cooling in the summer. LED TV with a DVD, stereo system with ipod dock.

Acient Coral limestone feature walls, polished concrete & neutral tones throughout create an outstanding finish.

A spacious master suite, super comfortable queen bed with high quality linen, towels, complete with a two way ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles. Built in wardrobes. Sleeps 2.

The Media Room upstairs, has a 55" Smart TV with a Blu-Ray DVD player, Wii console with games. A bunk bed. Sleeps 2.

Downstairs:

Bedroom 2, Queen bed with high quality linen & towels. Built in wardrobes. Sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3, King single Bunk with a trundle bed and built in wardrobes. Sleeps 3.

Entrance/Sitting room, TV with modern seating, a great room for quiet reading, & boot box.

Main bathroom, Shower, bath & separate toilet, all complete with modern fixtures and fittings and floor to ceiling tiles.

Single width double length garage with polished concrete & pellucid roller door allows this room to act as a great entertainment area. This area also accommodates a laundry area at the rear with a clothes line in the ground level courtyard.

The courtyard has a tropical feel with an outside HOT & COLD shower, BBQ and an outdoor bar setting for 6 people. A timber deck front porch plus upstairs balcony to soak up the awesome sea views.

Board games, DVDs, magazines and books supplied.

Port MacDonnell also has a large cray fishing fleet, with fishing charters available, and factories that sell fresh seafood to the public. Several other eateries including fish and chip shops, local hotel and Periwinkles Cafe on the foreshore or you are just a short 20 minute drive to Mount Gambier, The Blue Lake City, where there are Metro style cafes and eateries. While in the heart of the City take a wander in the beautiful gardens, sink holes and caves or in the state of the art Library or our recently finished Main Corner where you can find out the history of the area.

20% deposit within 7 days of confirmation of your booking. Payment is non refundable if cancelled by client. Payment by direct deposit only. $200 security deposit, refunded on inspection & cleaning of the property. The balance to be paid 7 days prior to your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

If KIM (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
