* Pessoas não autorizadas não poderão entrar no edifício. Assim como não são aceitas visitas para pernoite.

* É proibido fumar no interior do apto. Mas pode fumar na varanda com a porta fechada.

* Em respeito aos demais moradores do prédio, o silêncio após as 22 h é obrigatório.

Getting around

The health district is well served by subway and bus to various locations of. The fit is near the mall Santa Cruz, the Botanical Gardens, the Zoo, the SP Expo from Congonhas Airport and Ibirapuera Park. With Uber or taxi, it does not take more than 15 minutes at each of these places. Shopping Santa Cruz gives less than 10 minutes by subway.

How do damage deposits work?
