Description

This vacation rental is located in Kitty Hawk, NC near the beautiful Outer Banks Beaches (with ample parking) and Back Bay. The unit has a private entrance to its own courtyard equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill. It is two stories unit, with a open living area downstairs, and bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs (there is powder room downstairs as well). We provide fresh sheets ,bedspreads, and towels.

The condo complex features a large outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a basketball area, playground equipment, and a club house for guests. Close to restaurants, shopping, golf, and bike trails. Excellent location.

House rules

Please respect cleanliness of the place. The boiler room , and the owner closet upstairs will be locked.Please follow the directions displayed on the frig about the disposal of food before washing the dishes (Condominium rules).Only guests included in the booking may stay on the property(max.occupancy is 4).Children are welcome, however the unit is not baby/small child proof, and there is a staircase. AC: Please lower temp.gratually,and return to 75 on tha last day of your stay.

Very clean and spacious. The place was well stocked and the owners are super nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend this place to everyone. It is close to everything yet in a quiet area. The pics in the listing dont do it justice. We were amazed as soon as we opened the door. Thanks again for having us

Very clean. Family friendly area. Quiet. The owners were very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. From providing everything from hand soap, to child safety gate, to coffee and sugar. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
