Description

A terrific 3-bedroom villa recently refurbished with a super new kitchen and a private pool this house is a great choice for families that want to be really close to the beach and shops and restaurants.

From the front hall, stairs lead up the the living area, comprising lounge and dining area, guest bathroom and a sleek new kitchen and pantry. There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. Doors from the living area open onto a sunny terrace with a retractable awning for shade, where there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and steps from this terrace lead down to the pool area.

The lounge has a 3-piece suite, flat screen TV with local and international channels and there is free Wi Fi. There is an attractive feature fireplace with a semi-circular chimney.

The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs and an antique sideboard. A window overlooks the pool area and has a sea view.

There is a guest toilet on this level.

The separate kitchen has a newly fitted white kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen has an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and lots of pots & pans, cookware, crockery. cutlery and a walk-in pantry. There is a convenient serving hatch from the kitchen through to the dining room.

From the entrance hall there are 3 steps down to the bedroom and bathroom level. The main family bathroom has a bath with shower and WC..

Bedroom 3, alongside the bathroom, has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and opens onto a small front patio.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and doors open onto a side patio.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, bidet and WC. Doors from this bedroom open onto a sunny patio with sun loungers that overlooks the new pool. The pool is protected by an attractive glass barrier, while a glass safety door can be used at the top of the steps leading to the pool for children.

Less than 3 minutes walk to the beach, this is an absolutely charming end-of-row villa with private parking and no through traffic.

Everything in Luz village is within walking distance. A car is the easiest way to see the coast and inland sights. There is a regular cheap bus service to Lagos and local towns and beaches. Taxis are reasonable. There are lots of boat hire options from Lagos to visit caves and grottoes and see dolphins.
