*The House*

This beautiful two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse is the perfect home away from home. It is newly built, finished to a high standard with granite counter tops, porcelain floors and fully equipped kitchen. We are located at Little Bay Country Club in Negril, Jamaica, a quiet gated community with 24 hour security.

The property rests on the cliffside with amazing views of the ocean, 24 hour access to the private white sand beach, infinity pool and tennis court. (rackets and balls provided for your use.) View the magnificent sunsets across the ocean from your bedroom balcony. The villa comfortably accommodates 4 guests with Queen bed in the master suite and two extra long twins in the second bedroom, which can be coupled to form a king size bed. Two additional guests can be accommodated using the sofa beds in the living room.

The house is tastefully furnished, all bedding and towels are provided. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free wifi, stay connected if you must. A housekeeper will be provided every other day and meals can be facilitated on request.

*Getting there*

Little bay is just over an hour from Montego Bay international airport, an easy ride on the coast road by taxi or driving. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.

*Things to do*

Relax on the patio with a cup of blue mountain coffee in the morning or watch the sunset beneath your own private gazebo with a cold red stripe.

The private beach is part of an environmentally protected area and you may be lucky to see Turtles when they come to nest or dolphins after their morning nap. The clear warm inviting water, is perfect for swimming and great snorkeling, so bring your gear.

Don't feel like cooking, there are many restaurants, hotels and resorts within driving distance. Try Pimentoz, just 6 minutes from the complex, or stay in and have food deliverd. Take the free shuttle, offered by Ciao, an Italian-Jamaica fusion restaurant for something different. The world famous Ricks Cafe, great for dinner, entertainment and cliff diving, is a 15/20 minute drive in the west end.The many roadside bars and restaurants are a short drive from the villa, offering local cuisine.

If you want a more local feel take the trip down to the craft market or Time Square duty free mall for some hand made local art.

Within driving distance from the villa, is the famous 7 mile beach with its beautiful white sandy beach, water sports, beach bars, restaurants and night life entertainment, it's not a spot to be missed. Margaritaville or Jungle nightclub is waiting for you.

If you are a golfer, then Negril Hills golf course is a short drive away, bring your clubs or rent at the course.

There are local taxis for trips to the town, sights etc. consequently a car is not needed. However, should you drive, secure parking is provided and the town is a short drive away on the main road.

If Errol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
