Affitto a Porto Frailis per le vacanze estive villetta indipendente a 500mt circa dalla spiaggia .La villetta completamente nuova come costruzione e finemente arredata.E'disposta su due piani , al piano terra la zona giorno e al piano sottostante la zona notte.Al piano terra si trovano: cucina abitabile con zona soggiorno,tv , 1 divano letto, veranda abitabile arredata , bagno con doccia .Al piano sottostante 2 camere da letto matrimoniali (di cui una con possibilità di letti divisibili), bagno con doccia ,zona lavanderia con lavatrice..asse da stiro e ferro da stiro

Puo' ospitare in totale 6 persone (4 nelle camere + 2 posti letto aggiuntivi in divano letto nella zona soggiorno).All’ esterno ampio giardino con prato all'inglese , barbecue,doccia esterna,arredamento da giardino,(salottino,tavolo e sedie per i pasti all'esterno)posto auto privato interno.Dotato di zanzariere e di tutte le comodità è ideale sopratutto per chi ama la tranquillità, famiglie con bambini o gruppi numerosi.

La spiaggia di Porto Frailis è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 6 minuti, la spiaggia di San Gemiliano in 5 minuti.

Servizi nelle vicinanze entro 200 metri : guardia medica turistica,edicola,bar gelateria,servizio di noleggio gommoni e pedalo’,ristoranti ,pizzerie,tabacchi,supermarket,parafarmacia,campo da calcio a 50 metri,campi da tennis a 30 metri,zona gioco area bimbi con chiosco bar a 100 metri.

Villino ampio e ben rifinito. Situato in ottima posizione con tutte le spiaggie migliori a pochi minuti di distanza. Zona tranquilissima.
